Women’s Exchange of Washtenaw Announces Fall Events

The Women’s Exchange of Washtenaw (WXW) recently announced a
series of workshop-style events. Participants will have an
opportunity to interact in an open forum based on a particular
topic. The first event is scheduled for Tuesday, October, 14, 2008.

Topic: The Challenges of Managing Growth

Cost: $20.00. Breakfast will be served.

Space is limited to 50 participants.
Event description: During this event, the group will talk
about the successes and pitfalls they've experienced with their
growing companies. Attend this session if you want to grow your
company, or you want to alleviate the growing pains as you're
scaling up.
Conversation topics may include:
• Increasing sales
• Meeting demands for more of your products or services.
• Hiring the right team
• Managing cash flow
• Cutting "dead weight" or paring down for better
profitability.
